After getting out of the Canadian Navy, Don was unable to find employment. So he decided to become his own boss and open Baker’s Baits in 1954.Now 50 years later Baker’s Baits is a pioneer in the tackle industry.
Tackle is custom made and hand painted. Baker’s holographic stickers are still made on metal foil thus avoiding your custom made spoon to dull and fade after being exposed to the elements
Since then we have sold over 2 million Canadian Mint single and treble hooked spot checks.
